This 1964 Pontiac LeMans convertible was refurbished before the current owner’s acquisition in 2022, and it is finished in red with a white soft top. The car rides on UMI suspension components and 17″ American Racing wheels that are mounted over four-wheel disc brakes, and power is provided by a 400ci V8 linked with a four-speed manual transmission. Further equipment includes power steering, Holley Sniper fuel injection, an aluminum radiator, and GTO badging, and the cabin is outfitted with a woodgrain steering wheel, a Hurst shifter, Dakota Digital gauges, and front bucket seats trimmed in red vinyl upholstery. This LeMans convertible is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a New Jersey title.
The car left the factory finished in Grenadier Red (V) with a white soft top, and it was reportedly repainted under prior ownership. Records indicate exterior chrome trim was replaced in 2022, and details include GTO badging, quad headlights, simulated hood scoops, and chrome bumpers. Gray-finished 17″ American Racing wheels are mounted 215/50 front and 235/50 rear Sumitomo HTR ZII tires. The car rides on UMI tubular front control arms and rear traction bars, and a front sway bar is installed. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs.
The front bucket seats and rear bench were reupholstered in red vinyl during the refurbishment and are joined by color-coordinated door panels and a maroon dash pad and center armrest. Machine-turned trim accents the dashboard, and appointments include a Hurst shifter, an AM radio, and a heater. Sound-deadening material was installed beneath the replacement carpets and panels.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a Dakota Digital instrument cluster with a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and supplementary readouts. The five-digit odometer shows 473 miles, and the seller states approximately 3k miles were added under current ownership.
The 400ci V8 was installed in 2020 and equipped with Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, an aluminum radiator, and a chrome air cleaner and valve covers. The battery was replaced in May 2023.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, and records indicate the clutch disc, flywheel, and throwout bearing were replaced in May 2023. The exhaust system was replaced and features MagnaFlow mufflers.
