1970 Ford XL Convertible

This 1970 Ford XL convertible was refurbished prior to the selling dealer’s acquisition in 2023. Work included repainting the body metallic green, replacing the power-retractable black soft top, and reupholstering the interior in white vinyl. Power is provided by a 390ci V8 fitted with an Edelbrock air cleaner, and shifting is handled by a SelectShift Cruise-O-Matic three-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes 18″ and 20″ Ridler wheels, front disc brakes, vacuum-powered headlight covers, a dual exhaust system, and a JVC stereo with Bluetooth connectivity paired with dual MTX Audio subwoofers. The selling dealer acquired the car in 2023, and service in preparation for the sale is noted to have involved installing a UREMCO carburetor and servicing the brake system. This XL convertible is now offered at no reserve in Oregon with a clean Colorado title.
